These Terms govern the purchase of the digital product “+1000 Air Fryer Recipes” through this website. By completing your order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

2. What you are buying
The product is a digital cookbook: more than 1,000 recipes organised by category, each with its cooking time and temperature, plus the bonuses listed on the sales page at the time of purchase. No physical goods are shipped.
To use it you need a device with an internet connection and a PDF reader. There is no subscription: you pay once and the access does not expire.
3. When the contract is formed
The contract is formed when the payment is confirmed and we send the order confirmation to the email address you entered at checkout. Any additional products you tick before paying are charged in the same order and are covered by these same Terms.
4. Price and payment
- The price shown on the sales page and at checkout is in US dollars (US$). Any amount shown in another currency is an approximate conversion for guidance only.
- Payment is processed by Shopify Payments (card) and PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
- Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion rate and foreign transaction fee. Those charges are set by your bank, not by us.
- The receipt is sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
5. Delivery
Access is sent by email immediately after the payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes. If nothing arrives, check your promotions and spam folders and write to us: we resend the access at no cost.
Delivery is considered complete at the moment the access email is sent to the address supplied by the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a valid email address.
6. Refund policy and 14-day guarantee
Because this is digital content delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once the access email has been sent. In exchange we offer, voluntarily, a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, on the following cumulative conditions:
- you reported the problem to our contact address within those 14 days;
- the problem was not solved within 48 business hours of your report;
- the request is not simply about not having read or not having used the material.
Where those conditions are met, we refund the full amount paid, no further questions asked. Refunds are issued to the same payment method within 14 days of the request being accepted; the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
Your statutory rights. This commercial guarantee is given in addition to, and does not limit or replace, the rights the law gives you as a consumer — including, for buyers in the Philippines, those under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) for products that are defective or not as described.
7. Licence of use
With your purchase you obtain a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence, valid with no time limit, for private use.
You may not resell, assign, share publicly, upload to file-sharing platforms, or reproduce the material in whole or in part for commercial purposes. All content is protected by copyright.
8. Updates
Updates to the cookbook published after your purchase are included at no extra cost and are announced to the email address used for the order.
9. Liability and safety notice
- The recipes are for culinary purposes and do not constitute medical or nutritional advice. If you have allergies, intolerances, are pregnant or have any medical condition, consult a health professional.
- It is the user's responsibility to check the ingredients against their own allergens and intolerances.
- Times and temperatures are indicative and must be adjusted to the wattage and basket size of your own appliance. Always follow the safety instructions of your air fryer's manufacturer.
- We are not liable for damage arising from improper use of the appliance or of the recipes.
10. Third-party trademarks
We are not affiliated with, associated with or sponsored by any air fryer manufacturer. Any brands mentioned belong to their respective owners and are named for descriptive purposes only, to indicate the compatibility of the settings.
11. Personal data
The data collected (name, email address, billing details) is processed in order to fulfil your order and to send you communications about the product you bought. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is processed by our service providers — Shopify (store and payments), PayPal (payments) and our email delivery provider — for those purposes only. For buyers in the Philippines, processing follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173); for buyers in the European Union, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop sending you emails, by writing to support@aurapaid.com. We reply within 48 business hours.
12. Complaints, governing law and disputes
For any complaint you can write to the contact address in point 1: we reply within 48 business hours.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you habitually reside, which continue to apply to you in full.
Buyers in the Philippines may also bring a complaint before the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Buyers in the European Union can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
